Of course it is always my goal to make sure my clients are happy with every aspect of their experience with me and my studio. The other day one of my Seniors came by with a friend to pick up his portraits. The look on their faces said it all as they pulled off the rafia, opened the box and happily looked at every photo. The custom proofbook was a big hit and I guess the fact that everything is wrapped with care made an impression. Your portraits are valuable in many ways other than monitary and should be treated as such. I think of my customers as acquaintances that I will see many times thru the years to come so when I see they're pleased, it truly makes me happy. It is so satisfying when you know you've done your best and it is appreciated. Thank you to all my "acquaintances".
