It has been my goal to be as green and earth friendly as possible for quite some time. We've switched to the eco happy lightbulbs, lowered the temp on the thermostat (except when I have a newborn session-then it's about 75 to keep little bare babies happy), didn't use air conditioning one time this past summer (that was a toughy) and I've completely stopped using printed materials for my business. I was concerned at the beginning that my clients would rather have a glossy brochure than to view it online. As it turns out, everyone was very receptive. I only needed to print a hard copy twice this past year for clients without computers. So for 2011, let's be happy with what we have and continue to respect our children and grandchildren enough to minimize our wastefulness. Maybe I'll even try a small garden again this year. hmmm.
