This is my least favorite discussion but every once in a while is a necessary reminder. If a photographer has set up a photo, such as in a wedding group, sports pics, etc.) it is a HUGE NO-NO to "just take a snap shot" with your camera for yourself. These images belong to the photog. If you want them you must pay for them or set your own up at some other time. When a photog is working, it is NEVER OK , very uncomfortable and wildly insulting to do this. I've even had people ask me to wait while they STEAL myshot. That is exactly the same as telling that photographer they are working for you for free... something like "I love your work, but I'm just gonna take it so I don't have to pay you". Ouch. I love my job and I love people in general... please be considerate.
